Work Trip - Toronto, Canada for International Social Marketing Conference - April 2013

My second international water tower submission comes from Toronto, Canada. I was fortunate to attend the International Social Marketing Conference being held there.

This was taken from a van driving us to Niagara Falls. I think it was a water "tank".

The water tower said "Christie's" but I think it is part of Nabisco/Kraft as the text and logo looked very similar. Actually the plant recently closed. Read more here. Another water tower destined for scrap.

In downtown Toronto they refurbished an old train station and roundhouse. They kept an old water tower and painted it in honor of the brewery that is now there - Steamwhistle.

This was a cute little water tower that was part of the refurbished roundhouse.

This was an historical depiction of the roundhouse and the water tower.

This is an old water "tank" right near Niagara Falls.

We went in April. April! But it was cold. On the drive there it was snowing.

It really was as gorgeous as you have heard. And the Canadian side does have a better view.

CN Tower - of course we had to go to this tourist destination
