Watertower hunting from the front of a mini van

To start our water tower hunting day we first drove by the large paper making plant in town.

Monroe. LA. Jackson St.

Our first water tower picture was a total gem. This is a fire training facility, hence the half a car and plane.

Monroe. LA. Downtown.

Then the next water tower was even better! We found an old building downtown that had an old water tower on the roof. The art and public garden below was an added bonus for the picture.

Monroe. LA. Near Train Yard, Civic Center, Public Works Building.

The final water tower we found that day really topped the cake for my nephew who loves trains.

To close it out I took a picture of the downtown Monroe skyline with the train bridge.
